"I always order the same pizza , Vegetarian and I mentioned in my conversation that’s vegetarian capricciosa , yes capricciosa means ham … but I have been ordering that’s vegetarian. Yes I just give the order clearly, I accept that. So in the end I said do you have vegetarian with capsicum she said no. Ok So it arrived and it was ham. So naturally I lost my temper, I started the conversation cool but it changed when the lady on the phone just blamed me it’s you you you & no empathy nothing and said yo me “ you have to throw it in the bin” who says that to a customer. Second call I made to say you shouldn’t speak like that but absolutely bullied me and said to me “the owner is the pizza maker and it’s absolutely bull that there is no extra mushroom ‘ who says that ? Absolute waste of energy and really bad customer service . I was told it’s my fault and she hung up on me, talking over me. How does such pizza place survive on bad customer service and when did your neighbor hood pizza place went into bullying customers ? I’m not ordering again just because of the bad behaviour."
