"Knowledgeable but incredibly RUDE!! After purchasing I had several follow up questions, the staff member was busy so I waited, and waited and waited while she answered in depth questions from the 1 other custmer in front of me, after nearly 25 minutes of being completely ignored I walked away. The customers in front of me had their initial request sorted and then asked several unrelated questions and not once was I even spoken to. A quick acknowledgement that I'm waiting isn't much to expect. I will NEVER shop there again and the several thousand our family spends yearly on our assortment of pets will be spent somewhere that understands basic courtesy. Waiting wasn't the issue, it was being completely ignored for nearly half an hour!!! I'll be much happier supporting a business that doesn't just take my money and turn their back!!"

"Went in to browse, to my surprise was a giant rabbit, obviously live, in a small area. He looked so sad and bored all by himself. I asked the staff how long they stay in the pen from the time they are put in there. The young girl casually says, they just stay there till they're bought I pointed out that he didn't seem very happy, she just shrugged her shoulders and said oh well that's just what happens I asked do they go home with anyone of a night, no she just said. if that is the attitude of someone who works with live animals then just get a checkout job. I will not support any pet shop that sells or breed s live animals especially with a I don't care attitude."
