Your published price for Keratin standard treatment is $330. This makes the pair of GK shampoo and conditioner at $140 an overcharged set of home care products. I was advised by your ‘experienced’ stylists that the chosen Keratin treatment will straighten my hair, which it didn’t. My hair colour was too orange which needed to be toned in a seperate session, and the haircut that I didn’t need was obligatory from my perspective. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 6 years and spent thousands in your salon unquestionably. It’s interesting you question my facts and couldn’t care less that I will never return. Now that I know your position with loyal customers I am glad I have made the choice to never return . All the best !"

Eugene did such an amazing job colour correcting my hair, giving me the exact shade of blonde I wanted in just one sitting, and leaving my hair feeling and looking incredibly healthy.
