"Disappointing Quality and Extremely Unprofessional Behaviour -- I have been a loyal customer of this pizza shop for several months, but unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. The quality of the pizzas has noticeably dropped, and it's not the same pizza I used to enjoy. I decided to convey my concerns politely to the owner (?), Mark with the intention to help them improve their service. Instead of addressing my feedback professionally, Mark responded with hostility and used offensive language (strong F words) and threatened (yes, physically threatening!!) me to leave the shop!!, which was both shocking and uncalled for. I have seen in the other reviews that these guys have shown racial behaviours in the past, I assume the type of reaction they had today was in line with their values and identity."

But after 4 times and being consistently disappointed I know it’s not just an off day. The price is amazing but just not worth it when the pizza’s are this bad."
