"Tina was very lovely to me and even said if I needed to know anything about the area, to contact her. Her salon was also clean and presentable. When it comes to nails though, my shellac started to come off and some of my nails were breaking after 2 days. This was probably because she rushed my appointment as she had somewhere to go. I paid $37 for the shellac polish and cut only. When I called to let her know, she fit me in to get the nails done again for free. Only problem was that she rushed me again (my nails were definitely not under the uv light long enough compared to other salons). As a result they chipped after 2 days again. I also felt like I did something wrong as I did not get an apology and she treated me so differently the second time round. I have never had this issue at any other salon and was quite frustrated hence the review."

"I have have been going to Tina at K&K Nails Belmore for many years. Tina is the kindest, caring , most patient nail specialist I have been to. I have had my nails & facials at many salons all over Sydney. Tina is by far the best I have experienced . I will never go anywhere else. She is clean, hygenic & very professional. Her salon is the cleanest I have visited. She takes her time one on one , never rushes & makes sure you leave 100% happy. On one occasion , I chose a colour & after she finished , I was not happy . It was Christmas time & I was her last customer. She stayed back two extra hours to start all over again just to make me happy, & never charged me extra. She genuinely , sincerely only cares about customers being satisfied & happy with her work. I honestly have never met anyone like her. She does not care about making money & never double books anyone. She makes you feel special & greets you with a kiss . Tina makes you feel at home in her salon& its always good positive energy without too much noise."
