"Ordered takeout from here for the first time last night to celebrate something and if this is the standard quality, I think we found our new favourite local pizza place. The crust and bottom are thin but sturdy and the topping are generous without making things soggy. Both the Gourmet Bolognese and Sun Dried Spice pizzas were tasty and unique."

"I've been getting pizza from here for many years, so I was naturally disappointed when new owners took over. I usually get a Mexican with pineapple and no anchovies and I have continued ordering one as usual since the new owner took over. He didn't nail it straight away, but he is receptive to customer feedback and he clearly understands the importance of maintaining high quality of pizza. He did an excellent job making my usual pizza last time I ordered; good base and plenty of topping (see photo). It was just as good as Daniel used to make it. I wish them all the best and I hope they can provide all their customers with the same level of quality pizza."

"End of an era! Been going here for over 20 years and extremely sad to find out that the business has been sold to new owners (2 weeks ago). It is definitely not the same! The place has lost it’s vibe and the family friendly atmosphere. There was literally no conversation or small talk attempted by the new owners. The pizza was okay (I’m being kind) but nowhere near previous standard. Pizza size is smaller and the toppings is not as generous. There were inconsistencies where one pie was thin and extremely dry. Nick’s Pizza, under the previous owner, was reliability consistent irrespective of the time of day or how busy they were. I am not a prolific keyboard warrior but had to share the family’s experience given the sentimental attachment to the establishment. Any recent reviews posted which suggest ‘great’ pizza is dubious. Nick’s Pizza was a reliable staple. The family is truly sadden that Dan and co is no longer running the show. Good luck to the new owners. You have big shoes to fill."
