"I came here for 2x replacement acrylic nails, the lady was extremely rude who first served me and they did a poor job on the repair and then tried to charge me $20 for a repair of 2 acrylic nails!?! I have never been charged more than $5 per nail. They then told me that i could not pay by eftpos cause they have a minimum (which they have no sign displayed nor did they inform me off this) they tried to get me to pay in cash, which i did not have on me. The staff here are extremely rude and unprofessional. The place was absolutely filthy and they were using the same tools on every client. They were all standing there speaking foreign and laughing and eating whilst clients sat waiting. Disgusting service. I would never come back here. Go to the nail shop around the corner in this centre!!! Much better service and extremely friendly."

"Had a fantastic experience at this salon today for a full set of acrylic ombré nails and a shellac pedi. Efficient, attentive to detail, they even had a stand of ombré on display so I could actually see instead of guessing! The best acrylics I’ve ever had. Professional, friendly, and well priced. I will be going back for sure, I am so happy. I got colour 246 in case anyone likes them as much as I do ☺️"

"I got my lashes extensions here. It was my first time doing my extensions and didn’t have much idea about it. I wanted a very natural look extensions and the lady recommended me hybrid lashes for my eye type. When I was finally done I was really not happy. since I wear glasses she got me really short lashes which I was not happy with. When I told her it’s really shorter than I wanted, she just added few lashes in the middle. I did not get any lash brush or anything else. To be honest those lashes were not even noticeable. Not really worth the price."
