"Got my nails done here for the first time in over a year. I called in advance to confirm what time works the best for my services and they gave me a time. Although being a Saturday and extremely busy, they were working on my nails within 10 minutes of me being there. I asked for a somewhat time-consuming design, which was executed perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with both my acrylic set and pedicure! Thank you for your awesome work ☺️"

"After looking at the reviews on this place I decided to give it a go as I have just moved into the area, and unfortunately I wasn't overly impressed with the service I received today. 1- I called to make a booking this morning for 1pm. When I got to the nail salon, the girls were completely clueless. I would suggest having a proper appointment book for those who wish to make an appointment where you take down their name and number. 2 - When I show a design I don't expect it to be exact but something similar. If the techs can't do it, I would rather them say so at the start before they begin my service, so I can find a different design more suited to their skill level rather than being right at the end and then being given marble when I wanted ink splotch. 3 - Answering a video call and constantly checking your phone whilst dealing with a client is highly unprofessional and leaves a poor view of the way the business is run in the eyes of clients These are all reasons that can leave clients leaving feeling dissapointed with the business as well as not wanting to return again. While the tech I had was a bit heavy handed on the dremmel, she did a great job of reshaping my nails and regardless of the fact that it wasn't exactly what I wanted, the colour came up great and it does still look nice. I hope that your team can resolve these issues so that your clients have more confidence in your techs."
