"Service has been really bad for the last few months and I stopped coming here Untrained staff Poor work quality At first she said it was $18 for 2 nails then after speaking in Asian to her friend she apologized and said it would be $28 they wanted to charge me $28 to redo 2 nails for my daughter the surcharge being charged because I had them done elsewhere I told them not to worry I will go elsewhere I was not willing to pay $15 per nail That equates to $150 for a full set Ridiculous She had them done at professional nails for $70 full set with pattern nail polish I only came here because it was close and she will be getting infills soon I won’t even use this place in an emergency either from now on They don’t care at all. They don’t have all the colors of nail polish I had to go through 3 colors before they had the color I wanted They don’t have a clue what what they are doing It seems many people go elsewhere too as the store is now always empty So disappointing"
"Service standards have certainly declined In past few months I have never been treated so roughly with having my nails done. Omg squeezing my fingers and bending twisting like a rubber mannequin that learn on. Also staff being agitated showing angry faces and tut tut with her voice. Try to explain she was hurting my hand. She totally ignored me. Rushed job and it showed on the results. As for pedicure although results were ok again rush rush rush I asked her to wipe between my toes before painting ...I got such the big toe done on 1 foot and she started to proceed.. I took the towel to wipe them myself...she also gave angry agitated facial expressions and made it quite clear she was annoyed at me ensuring in between my toes were dry. Forgot to add ask for feet to be done with razor, she felt my feet and said no you don't need. I insisting on her doing what I asked. Wasn't happy about that either. They both starting talking in their own language in a attitude tone, it was quite obvious. I then asked for eyebrow wax, went in room...I asked if she could please use the strips as my skin is very sensitive and strips are less trauma to my skin. She continued to start and did not use strips..I asked her again to use strips.. she did finish the job using strips but was so rough. Never again will I use their service after that experience, been a regular for over 2 yrs now."
"Absolutely disgusting nail place. People are rude and they actually talk about you in their own language. I had this lady, who soaked my nails on a nail polish remover with water, and walked away. Did not say how long do they need to be soaked. After 45 mins, she came back And did not say a word. She can tell I’m getting impatient. But she continued on her rude behaviour. My hands became tensed after awhile and I guess she was getting uncomfortable doing my nails. She said in a rude way! Relax! And she tapped my hand hard repetitive. I can’t control it anymore, I answered back and told her, I have been sitting here for the last 2 hours. And she grabbed my hand and you can tell she was annoyed of what I said. What I found hilarious was, they kept taking more customers at the same time. Only 2 staff trying to multitask 4 customers. I didn’t mind waiting to be honest, but I’m sure being apologetic and actually communicate is better than just walk away and show rude behaviour towards customers. I am very patient, and understanding of people who have language barriers but in her case, she suffers both language barrier and very nasty attitude. Customers, go somewhere else. This place is not worth your business. You would not get the respect and great customer service you deserve. Other nail places will definitely treat you right."
"This was by far one of the worse nail salons I’ve visited not only were they overpriced but they take advantage of young individuals. I went in to get a pedicure that seemed really ok but then I went to go get my nails and I showed the lady a specific design and she offered $150 and I said I’ll take some designs off to lower the price and the lady lowered it to $85 so as soon as they finished with my toes they sat me with a different lady that I hadn’t showed the design too and the design was clearly appeared as clear nails and the lady gave me white nails and also made them really thick and she smudged the corners you could literally see it, the lady said she was done and said go to another lady and she will finish my nails so I sat down as she did a glitter design she put glitter on my nails and said when it dried to wash my hands and I’m done I was confused as to why she didn’t put a coat on top of it, when I got to the counter to pay so disappointed the lady said the price was now $125 I paid and left, would 100% not recommend this nail salon because as I went to go get my nails removed at a different nail salon the lady gently took off the horrible nails and asked where I had gotten them done and the look on her face said it all, ropes crossing was by far my worse nail experience by far. The timing was very slow as well I expected to be done in 30mins-1hr it took more than an hour to finish simple glitter design and they gave the wrong colour which set everything off. The worse part was the lady doing my nails gave me attitude and was squeezing my hand. I am more than happy to share this experience so that others don’t waste their money"
