"I went to get my nails done on Sunday the 14th of May with my daughter. A week later a nail has broken off from acrylic usually this never ever happens and they were rushing me. I wouldn’t recommend for the price i paid and I was not going back to get it fixed. They should last at least 3-4 weeks without breaking. This was my first time at Venus nails since the last owner left. I do have one positive outcome which was the venue was clean."

"Be warned, this place is horrible. went to get my nails done with my friend, we went and sat down and waited for 25 minutes before anyone actually came and started, the lady worked on my friend first and then another chick came and put the plastic part on the top of my nail and trimmed it to size and then asks me to wait 2 minutes for the woman working on my friend to finish. So I waited for not 2 minutes but 30. And the way her nails turned out we’re pretty and I was hopeful because I wanted something very similar. The woman then started with my acrylic and was filing them down, when I told her my nails were wonky and uneven she said that’s just the way my natural nail was shaped. It does not take a nail tech to know that what she did wasn’t the direction of my natural nail. The other workers were laughing at me. Girls who regularly get their nails done will know what I’m talking about . And then she did a colour I didn’t ask for. At that point I didn’t say anything because I just wanted to leave. Not to mention they were reusing items that were disposable and were not tidying up after each girl, there were cords all on the floor (o nearly tripped) they were leaving all of the old nails and dust from previous jobs on the tables. This is not a hygienic space for anyone to be in. And the owner and workers need to get their stuff together and learn what actual quality customer service is. You wouldn’t walk into a hair salon and see hair and cords all over the floor or twice as many customers as there are workers. I don’t know why everyone thinks for nail salons that’s okay."

"Very disappointing sns on my fingers. Thick layers, unfinished and even after I asked to fix 2 nails that were left with chucks missing. Not worth the money and do not recommend."
