"The last time i went to the store to get some food, another customer was there for 30 minutes only to recieve 1 of the two pizza's he ordered. The staff asked him if he could come back which obviously he denied, so they said they can offer him a pizza that was on its way out the oven. He agreed, recieved an additional large free softdrink and left, only to find out that they had offered him my pizza. My order was already ready and they gave it to someone else and made me wait. I was shocked but didnt say anything hoping it was a one time event. This time walked into store to place an order and stood at the counter for 10min before I had to ask to be attended to. I was told that it would take 20minutes to be ready. After 30 minutes I went back to the counter to find out whats going on and was told that my order had only appeared on the screen 5 minutes after i enquired. I requested to speak to the manager who was too busy to come to speak to me. After waiting almost an hour for my food. All I received was a sorry. Really not a good experience."

"VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED to have received wrong orders from this branch for three times already. Once even when they called to apologise that they have made a mistake n will organise a new delivery to come but yet the ‘correct order’ was still incorrect"
"The staff were absolutely fantastic - after struggling with bugs and poor programming in the app for 45 minutes while a party of 30 people waited, including it freezing up on the payment screen (it’s still loading/processing now, hours later) - they rectified a problem by very quickly making 15 pizzas and even offering a discount for something that wasn’t their responsibility to resolve in the first place, all while offering fantastic customer service. Thank you!"
"Whilst the pizza was a generous size and the dough was nice that is about it. The pizza was missing toppings and came out over 15 minutes after the anticipated time on the website. The overall pizza quality wasn't good, just thought I'd give these guys a chance but won't be back."
