"Vanity team refuse to pay money ordered by courts for failing to deliver the lash mastery classes as advertised . Abuse , name calling and bullying follow any attempts to secure what was mine . If you have no problems being abused and threatened with consequences that are never followed through then this is the business for you . Deflection saying that I’m a spam account will result in screen shot photos of our last conversations. Absolute disgraceful attitudes that this business. Time wasters . Products are mediocre , you will have to apply to courts to receive any kind of refunds : the owner LUANA will mess you around at court (not show up , loose paper work ) then after you have been awarded your case she will re file , only to be unavailable to submit evidence supporting her claims . Lash mastery course is a waste of money . You’re better off spending the money on an accredited course with a better company . She carries no qualifications for teaching or beauty therapy ."
