When making a booking, a non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit acts as a guarantee and must be paid at the time of booking. Please note that 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment. If you need to change your appointment within this time frame, your deposit will be voided.
In case of cancellations, we have a policy in place. Any cancellation within the 24-hour mark before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of your service. We value your time and our staff's time, so please be considerate and inform us in advance if you need to cancel.
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can cause lateness. To accommodate this, we provide a 15-minute grace period. However, if you arrive later than this, your appointment will be cancelled, and the cancellation fee will be applied. If you anticipate being late, please message us so we can make necessary arrangements.
When it comes to payments, we prefer cash. Please ensure you have the correct amount as change may not always be available. We also accept card payments, but please be aware that all card payments in the salon will incur a 2% fee.
At Ultimate Beauty Co., we take pride in our work and do not infill another lash technician's work. We want to ensure the best results for our clients, and therefore, we prefer to start fresh.
To make the most of your appointment, we kindly request that you come alone and prepared. Please arrive without any makeup, mascara, or strip lash glue to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
