"Who came up with the bright idea of not being able to order online/in advance for an EXPRESS store?? My break is 30 minutes, the store is 3 mins walk each way and the pizza took 20 mins. How an express store took longer to make a smaller pizza than a normal store is beyond me, but rest assured I won't be back until I can order ahead."
"I don't know of the staff needs training or they don't care about customer service. We waited for 15min for a snack box which was underwhelming in flavour."
"5 mins line up which was okay. Wanted to order large supreme couldn’t and that’s as okay, ordered instead small surpreme , small meat lovers and 6 chicken tenders with bbq sauce. Waited 15mins and was given one pizza and then it was taken away 5 mins later because it was cold and we were still waiting for the other food orders . Overall waited something like 20mins if not longer just to get the food first . Got the food goes and sits down and checks , not supreme. Heads back and gets it swapped over. Go back to the table and checks the chicken , it’s chicken wings with bbq sauce, not chicken tenders…. Heads back and the lady says “ what’s chicken tenders ???”. The guy comes out and says another 10mins…we eat the meal we had and went back. He gave us another mini pizza , supreme again… which I was alright that’s okay but still…takes the chicken back to our seats and opens it up. Chicken tenders that are cold as in the centre of the meat but not pink and no bbq sauce…I somehow had a lot of patience today but holy heck man…Please hire more staff… Overall we waited something like half an hour or so just for small pizzas and chicken tenders."
"I am surprised that this place failed to make tasty pizza. Pizza we ordered wasn’t tasty and toppings were also not as per standard pizza quantity. Chicken wing were tasty but was too oily as if they are not cooked in give temperature ( oil temperature). Staff was good but product failed to meet our expectations. I am disappointed with their pizza as well as chicken wings. Overall experience was bad. I don’t recommend this place."
"My son bites the wing and it was still rare. I complained I want new one. They said " you already eat. We can't cook for you" How to know it is rare or done before eat? They cooked only one wing to exchange the wing. It is terrible service for customers"
