"I love their sushi. Reasonably priced and best at the towers."
"Have eaten here many times and have always rated the service highly and enjoyed delicious food however, today was treated disrespectfully by lady taking my order. Will be reconsidering eating here in the future. It was not busy at 11.30am on a Sunday so there was no reason to be short. We were confused during ordering and l could see on the order screen an additional meal was added and I was trying to explain that was not what we were ordering. When I raised there was no need to be rude she was abrupt and processed my order dismissively . I actually had more items to order but was not able to. Not impressed at all."
"Very bad service. Last time we ordered tempura prawn udon for take away,but they forgot give us prawn,this time we asked two take-away boxes when we finished our lunch, the staff said they can't accept pay by card so it's for free,but she rolling her eyes and throw me only one box, just like sending a beggar. I prefer pay one dollar and get the respect i deserve."
