"If you are going for threading, then its ok. PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR YOUR HAIR! Girls do not know what hair wash / hair colouring is all about. The ' stylish ' did not wash my hair properly and left a huge dye stain on both left and right temple. Water was all over my face when she was washing my hair. When I asked her to blow dry a certain way, she had so clue what she was doing and ended up doing something where you can do it at home. And the cost was not cheap either. Please DO NOT GO IF YOU WANT TO GET HAIR CUT/ WASH/ BLOW/ COLOUR etc.. anything to do with hair, it's a NO!!"

"I went to the salon for service - hairwash and normal dry at 5:38pm on 19th April. The lady at the salon directly refused stating she can’t provide the service as she needs to leave at 6 pm and that she needs to do the cleaning etc before she leaves. She said they stop working at 5:30pm and can only do eyebrows service if needed. If you need to stop service at 5:30pm then please change the closing timing on google to 5:30pm. I’m sure if I would have come to the salon at 5:30pm she would have refused even then. Hair wash and normal dry is a 15min task. I’ve got done at this salon before. And per your timing on google she had 20 min remaining. I’m in customer support job and sometimes we need to work a few minutes extra for our customers. It was urgent for me to get the service today as had to attend a party tomorrow. This isn’t a good customer service!! The staff keep changing all the time and I have experienced before that some of them least care about customer service.."
