"The best local hair salon. Bethany did a strand test on my hair before the procedure. She listened to what I wanted to do on my hair and she even gave suggestions. She is well mannered, very respectful and polite. Thanks Bethany! The colour that they used are environmental friendly, you wouldn’t smell the nasty chemicals instead you will smell fruity smell. Price is very reasonable. After I washed my hair my hair was not damage nor dry or anything. It turned out the way I wanted. The salon was quiet/squeaky clean(girls clean every now and then)/relaxing ambiance. They will offer you a very nice cup of coffee. All the girls who worked here are all smiling. Very good job to the owner."

"I didn’t realise how damaged my hair was until I got in my car the day I had my hair done. Almost two weeks on and it continues to break…the ends are awfully burnt and the cut is very uneven. I walked into my appointment with hair that was just past my waist and walked out with hair above my shoulders. The dye is not what I had hoped for at all and looks nothing like the reference picture. I would suggest doing a test strand before going in at full force with ALL customers to avoid this happening again. I don’t think I’ve ever been so disappointed, I wish I could hide it! I would have appreciated honesty (if what I wanted couldn’t be done or if it would be a gradual process.) I would have been more than happy to invest in this. Now I am left with no length to work with and will spend more money on treatments to bring the health back. It’ll take me years to grow it to the length I had originally asked for and be able to style it without breakage. I was clear on the history of my hair and this wasn’t considered at all.
