"The worst delivery company ever!! Every time I book a collection they never come and I end up wasting the day at home waiting for a delivery guy to show up and no one does! Avoid them at all cost"

"Hello be wary using UPS athlone, one of their couriers marked a package of mine signed and delivered for and neither happened the courier then admitted he left it on the postbox. It was either taken by him or someone else. Anyway not the point but also another problem they have. It has now been 2 months and UPS will not help me in the slightest to get my money back I've sent about 100 emails back and forth with their "Customer care" team and they will not refund me they only give it to the shipper who already has recieved money from me and it 100% italian and doesn't speak q word of English. He now tells me he hasn't recieved any paper work from UPS which I'm not surprised one of their couriers must have stole that also. And I have asked the question many times now which they avoid answering that if he does get the claim and decides not to send it back to me will they help at all. I highly doubt it. Absolutely disgrace of a company"
