"I’m not usually one to leave a bad review but this really does warrant a reaction. In late December 2022 we ordered a washing machine from Stapleton’s in Tuam and received an automated response then nothing for a week. It’s now late January and following from this there were 14 phone calls all of which had to be initiated by me. No follow up or return calls and on 5 of the calls we were promised 100% our machine was being delivered/fitted and we took them at their word and gave them the benefit of the doubt. It never arrived. After a long run around I have now sought a refund which I am told will take the best part of a week. No apology no attempt to remedy the situation. An absolute disgrace. There are many more respectable companies out there worth spending your money with. Please be warned."

"We found a hob in stapletons that you couldnt get in the UK. The guys we spoke to were very friendly, really helpful and went the extra mile to accommodate us, even calling us back internationally to provide updates. We found somewhere closer in the end that saved us 4 hours of driving, but that was no fault of stapletons, they were great and I was sad not to be giving them my custom!"
