"Where to start, absolute nightmare . Any positive reviews on here are from friends and family. Kitchen was fully planned out and agreed upon , paid for and then he started substituting cheaper components , doing other things, poorly finished , kept hounding for money even though was fully paid. Won’t answer phone, have came across 3 other people that had same issues with him and only in a small rural area. Avoid at all costs, don’t be deceived by lovely pictures online like we were. In the whole self build this was the worse experience. Would give negative stars if I could I can go into more detail if any one wants."

"My worst experience ever. I have ordered and paid for my kitchen on 3rd of June, till no it is not done. I lot of mistakes, very bad installation, bad quality, zero customer attitude. Every time I call Jason, he doesn't pick up the phone. I payed over €6K and I have my dishwasher door cracked (picture attached with the screws he used) one trim is craked, 1 panel is craked is has a different colour then the rest of the kitchen, he left me to wait 3 weeks for the door handles, I had to go myself, buy them and install them. He was not able to do my splashback I found another specialist and had to pay him separately to do a good job. The worktop I've got started to swel in 2 months, because the gap between sink and worktop was not filled with silicone properly. He text me on 20th of August that he will come and fix everything, I haven't seen or heard from him yet. Avoid this company!!!!!"
