"I rang ahead because I would arrive about half an hour before closing time, and wanted to be sure it was okay to arrive that late. They were very kind and told me to come on. I was in and out very quickly, and I appreciate how seriously they took my cat bite, including giving me enough antibiotics to get me through until the pharmacy would open the next day. If this clinic weren't an option, I highly doubt I would have talked myself into enduring A&E instead. So I'm extremely grateful this clinic exists!"
"I was treated with absolutely zero compassion, made fun of, ignored, and refused pain relief save for a singular nurofen, despite being white-knuckled and sweating from pain. I was treated like a bold dog. At one point I asked for pain relief and the nurse PRETENDED SHE DIDN'T HEAR ME. I was asked how I delivered two babies if I were in this much pain with a broken toe - perhaps the fact that I've delivered two babies suggests that I have plenty of experience with pain and that therefore, if I say it hurts, it REALLY hurts. If I found out the vet treated animals the way I was treated here, I would find a new vet, and I'd tell her she was in the wrong profession."
