"All arrangements from picking me up at the train station, flute classes to homestay were perfect. The 2 flute classes over just 2 days with Padraig Sweeney gave me the basis for me to slowly improve and progress. And the homestay looked after me no bother. Carrick -on-Shannon is a nice small town with beautiful surroundings, as well as having a traditional pub providing traditional Irish music. All in all my short 3-day/2-night stay worked out perfectly."

That allowed me to have also concerts, sessions, Celtic dance and very good atmosphere at pubs, making the most of it. My daughter and I enjoyed walking out to the lake to see the swans. After a week in Dublin it was such a pleasure to enjoy quiet, natural surroundings.
