"Disaster customer service, they were supposed to install some programs and fix the hinge, the didn't do either but broke a scream and replaced it putting screws through the cover and still asked for more money, threatened the laptop owner so she wouldn't be able to get her money back and compensation for the damage caused. Stay well away. I'd attach the photo if it was possible."
"The service was not nice, even aggressive, they had to repair the hinge in the laptop and upload a new system, they did not do it, they screwed the screws in the monitor , they destroyed my laptop, I have proofs what you did with my computer and the matter will not end there. Broken and looks terrible. I waited 3 weeks and paid 90e for destroying my laptop, I do not recommend, beware of this store, cheat people."
