"They should rename this shop Fone Idiots. Staff are rude and unhelpful with a built in attiude problem. Droped phone in for repair. Sent someone else in to collect and pay for it. Got the phone that evening and was never repaired. Called the next day but might as well be talking to someone from timbucktoo. Just cant deal this this level of incompetance"

"Terrible experience with these people. Left my phone with them on a friday, had to pay in cash on their insistence.. and I noticed about 2 hours after I collected it that evening that they damaged the new screen very subtly while replacing the old damaged screen. A crack developed out from the small damaged edge over the weekend resulting in it being useless. When I brought it back on the monday to them they told me I must have done it! I know for a fact it received no bangs etc...DONT USE THESE PEOPLE!! I just read their reply to my review..I did not check for damage when leaving the shop, they were wiping it clean like giving it the finishing touches, why would I then have to check for damage!! 100% the damage happened when they had it"
