"The food is great but there is this one staff member at the deli that is not great. She is old, has black hair and black glasses. Her rudeness and unpoliteness made me feel unwelcome and somewhat intimidated. This should not be the behaviour of a deli worker. More importantly, her ability to make a wrap was atrocious, often getting the wrong items and not being able to wrap it properly."
