"Bought a Eheim 240 litre off this person that came with a broken Eheim filter when I rang after several txts the communication is terrible he told me I’d have pay him for the impeller it came with broken I bought a second light also I spent over €800 the filter is still making terrible noise I’m keeping fish 12 years for his son who has no clue to tell me it’s this is that if a joke the head pump is faulty 3 years warranty he when asked wants me to post €28 euros me to pay to send it back to Longford customer is always right I’m not letting this go u took my money but don’t want to no about my rights or my warranty discracecull not fit to serve u should of had the decency to replace my hole filter with impeller u have in stock u new it was broken to ask me and to think I gave u €30 for something that u delivered broken I’m not letting this go now I’m going further warranties are warranty so is decency and customer service wichbu have none off filter arrives broken impeller u made me pay for a replacement now the hole canister head is making noise with new impeller it’s faulty one month old waited two weeks for impeller it’s in it five days running and still noise is terrible u should stand but ur customer instead of talking there money I won’t recommend u to nobody not trustworthy just wants peoples hard earned cash"

"They almost never seem to pick up the phone nor ring back. I ordered a fish tank and was told it will arrive in less than 2 weeks but never did. After dozens of phone calls somebody picked up the phone and I was told they will ring back in 30 mins which they never did, nor answered the phone when I rang back lots of times again. And they took part of the money .... Avoid this place! Hope I will get my money back ..."

"Awful customer service. Ordered some equipment and received a phone call from them an hour later telling me the equipment I ordered was no longer in stock, so I requested a refund and was told I would be refunded. 5 weeks later and countless emails and phone calls later and no refund. I was finally given the phone number for the owner after threatening to report them and told to deal directly with him. He ignored my calls and texts for a number of days and when he finally picked up the phone he couldnt have been more rude. 6 weeks later and I have finally been refunded. No apology. Avoid avoid avoid"
