"DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! My husband booked this hotel as a small getaway since we've both been busy. The first day was OK but the paper thin walls didn't help when it came to relaxing. It was the second day that made our experience at this hotel absolutely horrible. The breakfast... its like they made their eggs using jello. Was not good at all. I'm not one to complain about free food but this was gross. Their spa, one they market like crazy, is the most unsanitary, most ridiculous place ever! I booked a pedicure before the couples treatment my husband planned. It was like the woman didn't know what she was doing by the way she looked at every bottle she was using like whats this? After a while of trying to tell her I would like my nails trimmed, she didn't even have a nail cutter to use. She used a clipper meant for fingers (you insert the nail then cut) so it kept catching on my skin because toes are larger than fingers. Plus, the tools were already dirty. I could see what looked like dry skin on them before she used them. Then when she rubbed cream on my feet, the excess cream on her hand was scraped back into the tub. DISGUSTING! When we went back for the couples thing, their "relaxation room" is anything but because I don't know how you can relax with multiple loud heaters on. Couldn't even hear the water feature. The COUPLES treatment started with my husband and I in separate rooms....? The bath was just that...a bath. Like, at home. Nothing special. Waste of money. The stereo in my room was making crazy noises because the speaker was broken. When I told the spa manager this, she said she'd change the CD... not the problem! The massage wasn't a massage. It was someone rubbing oil on our backs for a while. Zero pressure. We tried communicating that we would like more pressure but they couldn't understand what we were saying. The facial was just them putting multiple layers of lotion on our face. When we were done, my husband, the most easy going non complaining person, was complaining how horrible everything was. We both wiped our faces with a towel because we were grease balls after. When we told the hotel manager on duty about everything, her response was "ill communicate it to the spa manager"... yeah thanks for your help. Absolutely a waste of money. PLEASE AVOID!!!"

"I stayed here with my 3 Yr old in Feb 2023. The very friendly staff made it a wonderful experience. Beautiful views of the ocean, rooms warm and cosy. The beds were so comfortable, I didn't want to leave it!! rate was great and food very tasty. Will definitely be returning soon."

"Check in and information given (or lack of) wasn't great. However the room we stayed in was nice, had a great view of the sea. Breakfast was very nice and good portion size. Spa facilities mixed, gym was shut assuming as it was low season. Pool adequate, hottub nice. But changing room area was wet and hardly kept on top of."

"Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable room. Loved the bar. We had a dinner on our second night, which was amazing. I can highly recommend the desserts. Hotel is very central. Really loved our stay and hope to return. The only downside was my husband wasn't impressed with the breakfast."
