"A fantastic and picturesque exotic delicatessen store in Sligo. Mr. Cosgrove offers a huge amount of exotic items at prices that are understandably higher than in a supermarket. He welcomes visitors and their cameras with open arms. I found Sushi rolling mats (and the other things you need) here years before Sushi was a thing outside of Dublin. If in Sligo, visit this store! If you plan to cook something with unusual ingredients, cooperate with him, and you'll be fine."
