"Was in there yesterday and found the staff very helpful. When they couldn't help me with the items I needed they were very helpful to direct me to where I could get them (girl with long dark hair and glass, I forgot to get her name) When I went to check out with the items I could get, David the cashier was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't say no to him when he upsold me some haribo. If all staff were as helpful as those two yesterday, Retail would be a much better place. If they ever need a another job, I'd be very happy to hire them."

"Appalling staff behaviour. I was in the sligo store today with my 10 year old daughter, she was in the queue in front of me, at the till the lady said that's €4 my daughter replied it said €1.50 on the shelf so I went down to check with what I think was a Manager as he was wearing a shirt not a t-shirt. On the bottom shelf was a full row of said item under each box clear as day was a price label all saying €1.50. There one 1 label on the shelf above saying €4, as he was quickly trying to remove as many of the €1.50 labels as he could he said its clearly a mistake they are €4. Now 1 box being priced at €1.50 would be a mistake but a full row of about 5-6 labels all under exactly the same item which filled the full shelf is not a mistake, its an advertised price. He refused to sell the item to my daughter at €1.50 and offered for me to look at their pricing policy.......... your mistake not ours, needless to say I refused, my daughters left said item and I also put my items off shopping on the counter and told them they could keep them too. Very poor customer service, they lost 2 sales over this and spurred me on to leave this review. I will not be so quick to return and certainly wouldn't recommend the place after this managers attitude."

"Good place to shop but I'd wouldn't get helium balloons there anymore. The weight attached to them is as useful as a Chocolate fireguard just a bit of tape to plastic, one breath of light wind and the balloon is gone. Even asked if they would blow up 2 small balloons for my kids birthday and they refused, offered to pay the €4 that it would cost to actually buy two balloons and blow them up but still refused. Asked then where I could go to get them blown up and was refused even that with a "can't tell you". Seriously bad"
