"Spoke to a guy on the phone a few weeks back, As Eterna Lighting had recommended them, then emailed through the details including a link to the replacement rechargeable battery that I need. Guy emailed back and said the had them in stock. Popped in yesterday and hey presto the don't have them. They are now ordering 2 of the batteries (or so they said). Also wanted to get some other stuff, but was left abandoned at the counter while one staff member spoke to a person (I assume was a Sales Rep. - dropping in cans of Heineken) in the office and the rest of the staff disappeared down the back of the stores. Got the remaining stuff I needed in Eastern Electrical on the other side of Athlone...."
