Reviews
"I had a very pleasant lunch at the Ballynahinch Castle pub, located in the beautiful grounds of the castle of the same name. It should be noted that this pub is accessible to everyone and not just to hotel guests. Alirs do not hesitate to enter. The pub has lots of charm and character, with its stone walls, fishing trophies and roaring log fire. As soon as you enter it, you have the impression of a trip to the past. You will also be able to see the boards on which appear the names of the members of the most select fishermen's club in Ireland (you will be able to see the name of our Pierre Perret National). The menu offers typical Connemara dishes, using local and seasonal produce. I tasted mussels with the best fries in the world. They say their fish & chips are a killer, but they only offer it in the evening. The service was attentive and warm, and the staff gave me advice on activities to do in the area. The wine list offers a wide choice of Irish and international wines. I recommend this pub to anyone wanting an authentic and tasty time in Connemara."
