Reviews
"I ordered chicken goujons with a side of chips and coleslaw for lunch, but my order was delivered 20 minutes late. Unfortunately, the chicken goujons were slightly burnt, and the chips did not improve the shameful presentation of the dish. If the service improves next time, I will consider returning."
"Terrible place. Worst breakfast I’ve had in years. €11.90 for full Irish. Cooked in an oven behind the counter that was constantly beebing. It was so irritating. The coffee was instant and horrible, oddly they have a coffee machine but you get instant with the breakfast. Egg was solid and rubbery. Sausages and rashers were burnt. No side plate for toast. Order at the counter. Menu is a joke, very limited. Everything seems to be “cooked” in the two loud oven/microwaves including the fries. Overpriced couldn’t care less rubbish."
"Popped in with children for a quick lunch. The food was delicious and the service was great. Very friendly staff. I would eat there again."
"I only make a point to write good reviews but this place is special. Staff were unwelcoming & incompetent. A friend requested no bacon on sandwich yet bacon came. There were several other minor errors with the food. Each item came separately instead of altogether over a 10-15 minute period. Food was bang average at best and soup tasted like it was out of a tin. Location is amazing, if new owners ever take over give it a try, as current ownership wouldn't run a bath. Hard blame the staff as it looks like a first job for many of them. Avoid, avoid, avoid."
"It was a delight! We passed a lady having a treat in front of the cafe. She stopped us to tell us we must eat there and to try the strawberry rhubarb crumble. We did eat there on the way out of town. It was outstanding!"
