"Good value for money, great variety of stock but the conditions of their animals need serious upgrades. Tropical solitary betta fish kept with goldfish and guppies, Syrian hamsters housed in groups and rabbits and Guinea pugs housed together. Recipe for animal stress and fighting. Other than how they house their animals it's an very good store. 2023 update: Called in just to check the place out on a recent trip through Navan. Lost most of their stars for the horrific conditions of their live animals. The fish in particular are shocking. I’d guess 50+ goldfish stuck in one tiny tank, the bay next to it exactly the same. Their reptiles and small animals are just as bad. Minimal standard of care provided, just enough for the animals to survive. Some very poor enclosures for sale as well as products known to be unsafe. Prices gone up a lot too, not as cost effective as they used to be. Will give them one star for the variety of products they stock. Despite the dangerous rawhide treats, cotton bedding and other hazardous products, they did have a good selection of more natural dog snacks, toys and supplies."

"Displays full of dead fish (not one or two individuals - more like one or two survivors out of a couple dozen per tank). Probably 3 or 4 tanks like this. Otherwise reasonable price for dog food."

"Absolute shambles of a grooming service, if I could take the one star away I would, staff said my dog was snapping at them, he went in with a muzzle on, got him groomed elsewhere with a groomer who said he was giving her kisses the whole way through. Don't think ANY of the groomers in petmania are qualified because they have no idea how to handle dogs, please go anywhere other than petmania for dog grooming services."

"Great pet store my hamster has lived for 1 year and a half which is surprising because they die after a year or half they need more hamster e.g more food variations, equipment over all its not the worst pet store !"
