"I didnt stay in the shepherd huts, but I love her craft products. The handmade candles look and smell gorgeous, the soaps are lovely also. I have recently started to buy wax melts from Amy, I love them, my daughter has also fallen in love with them . In scents of blackberry jam, blueberry and vanilla, lemon and lime, vanilla and Anise, all gorgeous. We love the spearmint soap in particular."
"I enjoyed visiting the Christmas open house this weekend. Beautiful display of unique, handcrafted items in a cosy home setting. Great way to start off the Christmas shopping with something different than you can get in the shops! Very friendly hosts too - full marks!"
"Had a lovely bar b que by the fire pit and saw the most stars I’ve ever seen before having a great nights sleep in a very comphy hut. Browsed at a book in the reading room and was told about the great craft workshops. Very friendly hosts offering a unique package of luxury comfortable glamping, alfresco dining, relaxation and crafts. Something for everyone in all weathers. Well done bramblewick house had an amazing time. Many thanks"
"Such a charming eclectic little haven!! We stayed 1 night! Night one was just the husband & I in the glamorous chicken hut (so cute & comfy, all mod cons with an artist touch) we checked in at 3 to lap up our surroundings there is amazing scenic places to walk! In the evening we had a BBQ & campfire with hosts Amy & Craig, 3 other camping couples, & a very lovely 14 year old boy, it was so good , fabulous company, great food & weather was AMAZING! We sat out at the fire looking at stars till 1am! Day 2 started with making pancakes in our hut on the gas range, which we are alfresco on the outdoor picnic bench overlooking hills! followed by an hour relaxing in the reading den! Then we collected the kidlets in Longford town (just 10 mins drive) & brought them out to the campsite for few hours! They loved it! Tons of grass, swings , fairy garden, tents & loads of pots of water! I highly recommend bramblewick for people who want a simplistic, relaxed & outdoorsy break away!"
"We spent 4 perfect nights in "sheep hut". We were cosy and slept soundly and wanted for nothing. The huts were perfectly kitted out and we really loved the amazing smelling handmade soap and the hand crocheted blankets. Craig and Amy were the perfect hosts and gave excellent advise on how to make the best of the short time we had. We particularly loved the bees, wild flowers, wildlife and Splodge the cat. One outing was blessed with the appearance of a pine martin. We will be back to see that elusive red squirrel! Thank you for a fantastic introduction to Ireland."
