"Please rethink having such an intelligent interactive bird, as a Macaw, kept in such awful conditions. It's inhumane!"
"Great service a pleasure to do business with would recommend highly"
"Based on keeping a parrot for the last 20 years in a cage with zero stimulation and zero exercise is extremely cruel. Macaws are highly intelligent and need so much stimulation and interaction. You have him left in a small cage where he can’t even spread his wings. What happens during lock down during Christmas etc just left in the back of a shop. If we kept a human in a cage we call it prison but it’s okay to do it to a beautiful bird. What a very sad life you have provided for him. I hope one day he can live out the rest of his live in a loving home. You decide his future."
"I was in this store for the first time today. At the back of the store I spotted a Macaw in a cage. I was beyond shocked to hear this poor Macaw called Bee Gee has been stuck in this cage for 20 YEARS. A lady passed me and told me he has been here since her school days. I began to talk to him and he instantly went to bite the cage. It is clear this poor parrot is suffering from neglect in this cage. As anyone would if you were stuck in a cage all your life. It is beyond cruel and selfish of the owner to treat him with such inhumane conditions. I will never shop in this store again. SHOCKING. Do the right thing and let him live the rest of his life in peace. Give him to a nice home."
