"WARNING, THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. This is now a living quarters for Ukrainian families but they still advertise a handful of rooms as a 'hotel'. There is no bar, no restaurant, not food available whatsoever. The breakfast buffet was open to these families but those who paid for the hotel were not allowed in. False advertising as a hotel."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant . No breakfast or evening meals were available. We were only staying for 1 night so we weren't too impacted. Parking can be a issue at busy times ."

"Lovely place in the heart of tuam, staff was lovely, rooms was nice, lovely ensuite and overall a good stay Seems to be the norm now but no cooked breakfasts when u stay in some places (including this one) I think is a let down. There was signs saying no food but the staff was very helpful in giving ideas where to go. Has its own carpark"

"Clean room, central location, is about all the good I can say. The door was closed very early and had to come and go through the bar, which wasn’t the best welcome. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t the best, the food was only ok and the service wasn’t the best. We ordered breakfast and had to ask twice for some of what I ordered and still didn’t get it. Got porridge with no spoon and had to ask for that. No fruit or yogurt to go with the porridge even though that was how it was supposed to be served, not even sugar on the table. The bar was alright even though some of the taps were off and no one to change it. The security guy, stomped around in what looked like riot gear which didn’t make for a very relaxing atmosphere in a very quite bar."

"Phoned to make a booking for our anniversary. Asked for table with flowers and candles. They said they would check and call me back. They called me back and said sorry we cannot do flowers but we can do candles and table ornaments so I said ok. Arrived ...no candles or anything nice on table. We ordered steak with half and half chips and mash. One steak arrived with no mash and no mushrooms. They brought them out when requested. The steaks were cooked perfectly one medium other well done but they were very bland. After meals arrived nobody came until 10 minutes after we had them completely finished to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. I would have asked for 2 proper steak knives as the ones we got were blunt. Cheesecake was not like any I've had anywhere else...there was some flavour to it but certainly not great. The male toilets boasted a hand dryer that doesn't work and no paper towels so I told a staff member and asked for it to be refilled. Half HR later before leaving I checked and it was still empty. Overall the place was understaffed and a front of house manager would certainly not go amiss...also some heat would help as the place was really chilly. Disappointed..."
