"I usually have a good experience every time I come into this store,but today a male member of staff was rude,I was purchasing a body lotion and sampled it on the back of my hand,he could see I was about to purchase it as I had left the aisle that the cream had been in, He came up to me and said in an English accent,"there's no testing samples in this store,I said I knew that and I was going to purchase it.....he said back to me "I know but no sampling ok". I'm 48 years old and he made me feel like a 5yr old, Not impressed he needs to work on his tone."
"I contacted the store via phone call prior to visiting the store in Castlebar. I found Caroline most helpful. Her level of knowledge of the products was excellent, the manner in which she spoke to me was very kind and very helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and had the two products in question waiting for me at the till area upon arrival. Overall, I have to say the staff in this store are always extremely helpful, in particular in the dispensary area of the shop. I don’t usually leave reviews but on this occasion I felt it was necessary. Thanks all! A happy customer."
