"Had an iPhone with broken battery. Due to a previous refurb one of the locking screws wasn’t removable. Staff were very clear that this meant changing the battery might damage the phone screen but managed to do the very tricky change without any damage to the phone. I’ve changed iPhone batteries myself in the past and this is tough enough even when all the screws can be removed! Very skilled, honest and friendly staff."
