"Incredibly disappointed. I sent this company two products to repair over a month ago( 1 wireless speaker, and 1 wireless headset) and they aknowledeged that they recieved them. However, I have now received the products back in the post with no repair and no explanation. Not really sure why I had to wait this long for nothing to happen. A waste of time. Wouldnt use them again given their lack of communication and explanation."

"Sent a scuff controller in for stick replacements. First time back the parts failed within 5 minutes and the sticks would get stuck when pushed to the side and not bounce back to the centre. Team agreed to cover this under warranty and paid for return shipping, but less than a week after getting it back the parts seem to have worn out and regressed to the same issue I had previously. They could well have just put old parts back in for all I know, as I can't imagine how new parts would develop the same looseness in less than 10 hours of use. I have now spent 70 euro and wasted 5 weeks just to have my controller back in the same condition it was before the repair, with additional damage done to the controller shell that was necessary for them to open it as they didn't have the scuff specific bolt key. The staff were friendly and helpful. But, I would never recommend this place for custom controller repairs, as the parts they use just seem to be poor quality. I would potentially try them again for other, more common electronics issues, but I wouldn't trust the parts they have for high end controllers."
"I recently had a problem with my wireless headphones as they wouldn't charge. I sent Electronic Partners a query, they came straight back with a very reasonable quote and prepaid postage. I sent my headphones off and received a receipt email to confirm they had received them the following day. They were fixed within a few days and posted back to me. I cannot recommend these enough. They were so efficient and kept in contact throughout. I'm really happy with the service."
