"I recently left my car in for a full service which is listed at €220. However when I returned to collect the car I was told that the total cost was €395 as it needed a new tyre and wheel alignment. I was not offered an invoice on my departure. Over the following few days I rang on three occasions requesting a copy of the invoice but it never arrived. I subsequently had to call out in person to collect the invoice. The two issues I had are one that I never received a call to alert me that a new tyre and the wheel alignment was required and secondly I had to go to great lengths to get a copy of the invoice."
