"Shredded the sleeve of an expensive shirt and then claimed I brought it in like that. This in spite of the fact that it was cleaned and pressed before the damage was done as evidenced by the rust stains in the area of the damage. Will never go back here."
"Please note what happen to me was in Raheen shop but it's a chain so all shops apply same rules. Worst service ever. Paid 50e for cleaning my rug. When realized home its all damaged they didn't return money saying it was not their fault and told me to blame manufacturer. When u deal with them RULE number 1: check item before you pay. They dont take any responsibility. Hope this post will cause them to loose more customers than that 50e was worth."
