One of our unique offerings is the use of Himalayan salt in our dry-aging process. Himalayan salt has been used for centuries in various industries, but its effect on dry-aged meat is a more recent discovery. Our dry-aging chamber contains a solid wall of Himalayan salt sourced from the Punjab region of Pakistan. This salt is known for its purifying and flavor-enhancing abilities, making it the perfect environment for the aging process to take place. The salt particles draw moisture from the meat and surrounding air, seeping into the beef and adding to its flavor. Additionally, the controlled temperature and humidity in the chamber prevent the growth of unwanted bacteria in the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful end product. This technique is not commonly used by butchers, making our dry-aged beef exceptionally hard to beat.
