"Sold me a product that was manufactured 8 years ago. I checked the batch number as I had previously had this product and knew something was wrong. Refused to give me a refund even though the product was out of date. Said it was a sale item. Sale items do not effect your consumer rights. This product cost me €39.50. It was illegal not to issue a refund for a product that was not fit to sell."
