"I had rang several vets on this day unfortunately looking for Call out , to bring my dog home from my current vet to have him put down. Clare was so empathetic and diligent in her handling of this situation that it highly stood out from all the others I had rang. Customer service and just plain human connection are top rate with this lady and mean alot . Thznk you ."
"Amazing practice. Called them after 9pm on 5 January as I was upset about my dog Nero. No problem meeting me at that hour. The vet I dealt with was from Portugal (sorry, I don't remember your name) he was so kind and understanding and explained that it was Neros time. I was naturally very upset, but the kindness shown to me in those last few moments when I had to put Nero to sleep was so important and while things were difficult, he made the process bearable. Thanks so much, I'll never forget the kindness shown to me at a most vulnerable time!!"
"Michael and the team (in our opinion) are totally amazing!! They saved our pup after she had an intestinal blockage and nearly died!! They were incredibly attentive and caring to both our 8 month old pup and to us. The whole team from the vets to the veterinary assistants to the receptionists were friendly, professional, caring, understanding and compassionate!! We have dealt with vets all our lives but never experienced the level of care that we did at Barrowside!! We could not recommend this veterinary practice enough!! Every one of the vets here are so caring and professional!!"
"Great practice, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended"
"Not overly expensive and always on hand if advice is needed with my cats. Sadly my littlest girl was hit by a car last night and the very kind man who she ran in front of brought her in quite late in the evening and they were very welcoming. Made me feel less of a fool crying. Sadly she was gone by the time we got there. I've brought in a few cats for spaying/neutering and its always gone well and cats seem happy enough considering. Will definitely keep using them as my regular veterinary."
