"Went in to get my prescription, as i had trouble talking and the assistant couldn’t hear me she blatantly slandered me in front of everyone which was uncalled for and very unprofessional. I walked out straight away, no prescription. Will be going to my gp to get it elsewhere, not putting up with that nonsense."

"Walked in last week to purchase a pain relief item and was waiting in front of the counter whilst some female red haired member of staff was having a good old chinwag with a customer. Certainly nothing pharmacy related but gossip. Two minutes passed, three minutes passed then five minutes passed as three more customers joined the queue whilst the two at the counter continued their profoundly intellectually stimulating conversation completely oblivious to the aforementioned queue. At one point the staff member was propping her head up, with her elbow on the till and hand under her chin like a daydreaming school child. Absolutely ridiculous and totally unprofessional. I walked out and went to Hanleys across the street and was dealt with immediately."

"this would be the last place I would go to for any medical suppies/advice... more than once I was made to feel I was wasting their time or acted like a simple question was beyond thier understanding, e.g...if they had a certain dressing...it was not there..so I was wrong...! It was not a nice feeling..."

"Have just left your pharmacy having dealt with Theresa on the photo counter. A more rude and unhelpful individual I have never come across. Theresa I did not have a problem with the photo counter being closed, however your dismissive attitude and walking away mid conversation, I and I am sure many other customers will have a problem with. As a pharmacist myself who does the odd locum in community pharmacy, if you were the face of my photo counter I would be mortified. Mc Auley's Pharmacy New Ross perhaps a refresher course in customer service may benefit certain staff members."
