"Honestly a little shocked. Collected a prescription which was short an item, cue an unbelievably horrible experience! Wife called to query item and they lied and said they had a conversation with me, saying it was out of stock and genetic alternatives were also gone (didn't happen at all), but fine. Asked to send prescription to alternative pharmacy (digital prescription) and they were unbelievably horrible. Rude, unhelpful, had my wife in tears, lied some more and long story short, caught themselves out in their own unnecessary lies! I don't like posting negative reviews, but honestly am shocked at how they conducted themselves and felt the need to save someone else from a similar experience. Disgraceful, avoid."
"A really passively aggressive manager in there today. The way she spoke to a staff member was awful. Very loud, condescending and patronising. After this I was about to buy a mascara worth 30euro and this manager loudly spoke across at me not to open the packaging as that's what the testers are for. I opened the top of the cardboard packaging to make sure I had the right benefit one as there are so many and already had it closed before she said this. Didn't actually open the mascara itself. I completely get her point but her manner was appalling it was really embarrassing. I ended up not buying it after because of it. Would put me off going in there again. You could hear her voice across the whole store bossing staff as I was there browsing."
