"Tattoo and tattoo balm review for Hugo Been getting tattoos for a couple years now and I have to say Hugo is the best artist I've been too, full of chats and courtesy, extremely reasonable on price and it goes without saying his artwork is outstanding. His suggestions on additions, edits and placement are always top notch and he's full of information and always up for answering my sometimes silly questions As for the balm as previously mentioned I've been getting tattoos for a few years now and the black cat tattoo balm is by far the greatest thing to heal a tattoo with. It's very soothing and heals like a beauty. It's again very reasonable price wise and is fully vegetarian and sustainable. It also comes with a wonderful smell and doesn't leave your hands all oily Overall Hugo and black cat tattoo balm is 20/10 "
