"Firstly no welcome when walking into the barbers. So so dog ignorant rude. I mean if you are working in the public, customer service plays a BIG part. A smile goes a long way. Im genuinely still shocked with how rude the girl is in there. Never again. More interested in scrolling on her phone. So rude to my son. 13euro for less than 5 mins attention. So rushed. His usual hairdresser spends 15 to 20 minutes. Will not ever go back. And before the owner comments on this defending her, you have to be open to criticism and they all clearly need help in dealing with the public."
"Received my haircut on March 6th, shortly before 5 o’clock. I requested a 1 on the sides and a small bit off the top, and he gave me a 1 all around in a straight line around my head and fringe. He asked if the amount of hair i wanted on top was a certain amount and, before I could even answer, he had already began cutting. He took off over an inch on top, which is not what I requested. Would strongly recommend you avoid this establishment, I expected better from a well established brand, but clearly I was wrong."
