"I can't understand most of the people's complaints posted here? What amenities are needing to be developed? Its an apartment complex, you go in the door, go up to your apartment. Marcin; what does the City Council have to do with maintaining a private housing development? The owners will have a board and a shared fund they have to contribute to. The outdoor facade was being repaired recently and from my inspection inside this was the best quality apartment complex I've been inside in Ireland. For those complaining, you're adjacent to the promenade. Get a grip on reality and see what other apartment complexes will get you in Ireland."
"This place needs a serious refurbishment or its going to collapse. I wonder who allowed the cinema to be opened without doing any maintenance work on the building itself and suranding area. City Council has a serious deficits in an academic, competent personnel."
