"Great costumer service,I didn't have to wait for long on the phone before I got dealt with."
"Tried to cancel a policy with these and did so with plenty of notice, they still decided to go in 10 days later and take their payment. Was lied to on the phone when one of their employees tried to blame the broker even when I was shown the email the broker sent which was sent in good time for cancellation, contacted customer service after being lied to on the phone and the response was, this was through a broker enquire with them. Inability to take the time to read emails properly and to take responsibility. Terrible customer service and pure disinterest in helping customers with their queries thank god it was myself left without the money and not a single parent reliant on it for essentials. Will not be back. Also much cheaper out there"
